SuFu Solution

We have mastered the application of special materials such as silicon carbide (SiC), graphite and PEEK, plus surface strengthening like tungsten carbide coating and copper alloy sleeves, significantly extending the service life of wetted parts in abrasive service. We can cast WCB/LCB/CA6NM/CF8M/Alloy20 materials and strictly control casting quality with dye-penetrant non-destructive examination (NDE).

We manufacture and repair key spare parts — impellers, casings, diffusers, bearing supports — for typical scenarios such as ore slurry transport, metallurgical slag transport and alumina processes, and provide repair and upgrade services for slurry pumps, pulp pumps and other pump sets, helping customers extend running periods and reduce overall maintenance costs.
